Every stone and pearl used in Beneka bracelets is sourced directly from verified suppliers and goes through a quality check before being crafted. Natural stones have unique variations in color and texture — no two pieces are identical, which is a sign of authenticity. If your bracelet looks perfectly uniform in color, it's artificial. Ours won't.

Q2 How do I know which size to order?

Measure your wrist with a measuring tape or a strip of paper. Add 1–1.5 cm to your wrist measurement for a comfortable fit. We have given the size chart, select accordingly. You can also give us the additional note if you need.

Q3 What if it doesn't fit after I receive it?

We offer exchanges for sizing issues within 7 days of delivery. Just message us on Instagram or E-mail us with your order number and we'll sort it out. Sizing should never be a reason to miss a piece you selected.

Q4 What is the bracelet strung on — will it break easily?

All our bracelets are strung on high-quality elastic cord or stainless steel wire depending on the design. They are tested to withstand regular daily wear.

Q5 Can I wear it while sleeping, bathing, or exercising?

Remove your bracelet before bathing, swimming, or heavy exercise. Water, soap, and sweat can weaken the elastic or thread over time and dull the stone's surface. Sleeping with it is fine if you're comfortable. The stone works whether you're wearing it or keeping it nearby.
