Natural stones have unique variations in color and texture — no two pieces are identical, which is a sign of authenticity. If your bracelet looks perfectly uniform in color, it's artificial. Ours won't.
Measure your wrist with a measuring tape or a strip of paper. Add 1–1.5 cm to your wrist measurement for a comfortable fit. We have given the size chart, select accordingly. You can also give us the additional note if you need.
We offer exchanges for sizing issues within 7 days of delivery. Just message us on Instagram or E-mail us with your order number and we'll sort it out. Sizing should never be a reason to miss a piece you selected.
All our bracelets are strung on high-quality elastic cord or stainless steel wire depending on the design. They are tested to withstand regular daily wear.
